I ate a big mac and had a caramel frappe, immediately after the first few bites I felt nauseated. Now it has been 4 hours since i ate and i am feverish, dry heaving, and having diarrhea. I mean, its mcdonalds what do you expect.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Bought 2x wrap of the days (grilled peri chicken) and both were stone cold and mere hours later I was vomiting, had diahroea and a fever. Only 2 weeks earlier the same at Rothwell McDonalds! Complained and still heard nothing back! Disgusting service!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

i brought a double sausage and egg muffin from totton an hour after id eaten it i was vomiting for around an hour untill it was all out, then the diarrhea started for 5 days, whent to the doctors and now im taken ciprofloxacin for 5 days.
