Purchased Cheeseburger and cup of tea about 3pm 1 march 2022. Within a few hours violently sick. Vomiting diarrhoea. All other meals on this day were shared and no one else got sick  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I felt horrible after I bit into a crispy chicken sandwich this was March 1st at this location it seems this is happening a lot as I read the stories on here something needs to be done it's a public health concern  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Got a McDouble this afternoon 3/2/23. I returned it because there was a hair and they gave me a “fresh” one. Within 2-hours had cramping and diarrhea. My sister, who had a quarter pounder also got sick and vomited almost immediately after eating.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
