Ordered two hamburgers and small fries at around 9 PM. Came home and experienced cramps, fever, and burping throughout night. Woke up at 4 AM and vomited. Lots of diarrhea throughout today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Burping

I ate a steak sandwich on christmas day at 7:30 P.M at the Airport Tim Hortons. When we arrived in Florida I woke up at 8a.m feeling terrible and progressively got worse. Began vomiting at 10 a.m and was hospitalized overnight at 4:00 pm. Severely dehydrated and still vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

McDonald's at B11 at 8:30 pm Dec. 26th. 3 of us. All got sick . One had a quarter pounder w cheese. One with fries only. One with crispy chicken w mushroom on a roll, dries and coke. All 3 of us shared the same coke.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
