Stopped by for lunch earlier atound 245pm. Ordered a whopper Jr meal. An hour later, started feeling nauseous. Been having diarrhea for the past 6 hours, drinking liquids. Now, I've finally thrown up... a lot. Felt slightly better after. Mild fever running.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
