I had a Whopper on 8 June 2021, started getting extremely sick that night and was hospitalized with severe dehydration on 10 June. I sent the report and bloodwork to their headoffice but no feedback was given on this matter.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration

6/20/21 I ate an original chicken sandwich. At around 1:30 pm. About 2 hours later I started feeling weak and dizzy, another few hours later I was vomiting with stomach cramps and now fever and headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness, Weakness
