Ate a spicy chicken sandwich around 4 or 4:30 PM.. Was the only thing I ate since early morning. About 4 hours later...it hit. Lasted until 2:30 AM.

Thursday at Casey's gas station in Milford, NE Angus Burger Immediate stomach pains about 45 minutes after eating, 2 hours later vomiting started and lasted for about 16 hours. Still have diarrhea 4 days later  | Symptoms: Gas, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had 2 slices of pizza and that was the only thing I ate yesterday and I got sick approximately 3 hours later. Not sick like I was at 6 pm yesterday to 12 am last night, however still have diarrhea, and definitely better today. But need to check the dates or time on your food!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
