Got Chick-fil-A at 3 pm and didn’t eat anything else all day. A couple hours after eating it I started getting a headache and my stomach starting aching. 2 hours after the start I’m throwing up with my head on fire. Chicken sandwich, fries, poly sauce and Chick-fil-A sauce.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
