I ate the deluxe chicken sandwich large combo with blue Powerade. No sauces. The next day I woke up with abdominal pain , diarrhea and today is May 2nd and I’m still having pain and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Ordered spicy chicken sandwiches for my whole family, just 20 mins after we all felt a burning sensation in our stomach. Soon after all of us had severe diarrhea and nausea. On 4/28/22 I had their breakfast chicken biscuit with salsa and hash browns. Two hours later I was violently ill. Vomiting and all. For the whole day and night. I’m a small business owner and had to cancel my whole day today because of this. This is the sickest I have ever been.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
