On Tuesday, April 24th at 11:40am, I ordered and ate the chicken cool wrap and macaroni cheese. Around 4:30 PM, I became nauseous. By 7:50pm, I began vomiting. The food was the only food I consumed that day, and I felt fine prior to eating it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the the cob salad last week on Wed, Thursday, and Friday. On Thursday I start having symptoms but didn't know what it was from. Went to the dr on Friday and that's when I was diagnosed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
