I ate the 12 piece chicken nuggets and some french fries. I started feeling sick during the night with severe abdominal cramps and went to the ER that morning due to dehydration from vomiting and the pain of the abdominal cramps.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps

I ordered a Chick-Fil-A chicken sandwich and fries. I ate around 6:45pm. Woke up around 3:00am with an upset stomach, which escalated to vomiting, fever and diarrhea. I had an upset stomach for most of the following day and I didn't eat anything until late that night.… See more
