Citadel Mall - Kids menu chicken nuggets, fries, and lemonade. All the kids had the same food, 2 were affected. 5 year old was complaining of a tummy ache for a few hours until finally throwing up after a few bouts of diarrhea. 3 year old had pretty bad diarrhea as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

After eating chicken sandwich meal at Chick fil A on Monday night December 18th , I started feeling sick in the middle of the night. I had vomiting, diarrhea, fever and stomach pain. I stopped here before work, at around 7:30 AM, and got an original chicken biscuit, was nauseated and feverish within 2-3 hours.
