Ate Mac and cheese, diet lemonade, and a deluxe chicken sandwich at 8:30 pm yesterday. Lettuce on sandwich had large black blotches. Discarded lettuce and still a sandwich. Woke up with food poisoning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

Ordered a medium mac n cheese and roughly 2.5 hours later threw up violently at work and was sent home. Then proceeded to throw up and have diarrhea until midnight. Ordered Chick-fil-A yesterday morning for my wife, daughter, and me. I noticed one of my chicken patties was undercooked and the nugget apart from tasting a little odd were fine at a glance.
