Ate chick fil a yesterday, June 3rd at 1 pm, aye a fried chicken sandwich, the superfood salad and fries. Started vomiting with diahhrea at 5 am this morning, has continued throughout the day. Fever of 101.7.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Started feeling like i was going to have a heart attack, difficulty breathing, loss of breath, took a 5 minute break from eating. Felt better, put more food in my mouth and felt even worse, eventually trhrew up the food i ate there and left feeling much better. Didn't feel ill whatsoeer before hand.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
