At around 7:15pm on 6-5-24, my family and I purchased grilled chicken nuggets from chic fil a in Thibodaux. A few hours after we ate, all of us starting having stomach cramps. This was followed by chills, vomiting, and diarrhea..  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

My daughter got a Cherry Berry Frosted Lemonade, around 5:00 on June 4th at Chick-fil-A and now she is so sick! Symptoms include Fever, vomiting, gas, and diarrhea, chills, abdominal pain, body aches, blood in vomit and now sweating  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Sweating, Body Ache, Gas
