Went to the Costco food court with my family this evening. Ordered pizza slices for the kids, chicken bake for wife, and hot dog for myself. After a couple hours later of nausea and painful belching, became violently ill in the toilet...same for the wife. The kids were able to bypass somehow...  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Burping
