I had a double bacon burger combo on Monday afternoon around 3pm... by 8pm that evening I started to feel flu like symptoms come on, and by 10pm I was vomiting with diarrhea and severe stomach cramps. This lasted for about 36-hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
