Around 2 pm today, my girlfriend and I both ate chicken tenders and fries. About an hour later, we began to feel nauseous and she experienced painful cramps. Six hours later, I experienced diarrhea and vomiting and am still feeling nauseous. My girlfriend's current condition is unknown.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate a fish sandwich and fries at 2pm and by 6pm I was experiencing stomach cramps and nausea. Within the next six hours I was vomiting and had diarrhea. Its now 20 hours later, the vomiting has stopped, but the cramps and diarrhea has not. Guess… See more

Ordered Cashew chicken salad with 1000 island dressing. 1 hour after consumption, intense nausea, severe stomach pain and throat felt swollen.
