i ate the bacon ranch burger with a peanut butter sundae which was fine until i started throwing up really badly at work, now at home ive been constantly going to the bathroom for maybe 3-4hrs now repeating the same cycle. potentially got a stomach flu since the only missing sympton would be nausea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
