I had three quesadilla tacos on Saturday night and spent all day Sunday vomiting and passing 100% liquid diarrhea. I also have a fever and chills. I laid on the floor because I was so weak after vomiting and passing diarrhea for 6 hours. NEVER eating there again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Weakness

10 hours after eating it my stomach is still in so much pain I can’t sleep worst food ever didn’t even taste good thought I would give it a shot first time trying it ever I will never eat it again I don’t care if they change everything my experience will never be forgotten  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain

It doesn't matter the location of Del Taco, for some reason I can't have Del Taco beef. It doesn't sit well. Even if I a small bite, I have diarrhea that will last 2 days. I'm curious what's so different from Taco Bell. I don't get the same feeling from Taco Bell. Only Del Taco beef.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Yesterday I ate the pizza I ate the pizza last night and then when I woke up I started having diarrhea and I started feeling really bad and I was like was it the Pizza eight cause my grandma was with me too and it hasn’t stopped yet  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
