Not 5 mins after I took my last bite my stomach started griping and cramping. Then a few minutes after that I felt like if I didn’t go to the bathroom right now I’d make a mess. The pain was excruciating and not even relieving myself was a relief.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

On 12/30/23 stopped with family to eat. I was the only one that had bean burritos. Within 4 hours I was violently puking, cramping in stomach and diahhrea. Happened throughout entire night off and in puking every 45 minutes for about 4 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea

waited in a 45 min drive thru line, once at the speaker a sign written in pen said NO FRIED FOODS apparently the fryer caught fire… last minute changes to what we could order, the corporate was a chicken soft taco which should of been steak.. only… See more

2 days ago at Del Taco in Ridgecrest. I had the double del meal with a cherry coke. I woke up the next morning and didn’t feel good at all, the feeling hasn’t gone away since. I haven’t been in this much abdominal pain since I had an appendicitis.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

I had three quesadilla tacos on Saturday night and spent all day Sunday vomiting and passing 100% liquid diarrhea. I also have a fever and chills.
