I ordered a medium pizza without afraid O sauce sausage and pepperoni I think the Alfredo sauce was bad I got food poisoning and very very sick and it up in hospital  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a cheese pizza delivered to me yesterday and have been experiencing food poisoning symptoms for the last hour. It actually woke me up.
