Really bad Diarrhea after 30 mins of eating lunch here. May have been from the drinking fountain. (I reported pollo grill earlier but it was local no grill sorry grill). I ordered the number 2 grilled chicken and had the free taco and the vitamin water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered$20 8 piece family meal that comes with a bacon avocado salad(which I ate by myself), mens restroom had no soap, after eating there diarrhea followed second day with diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Had the skinless chicken breast meal. Ate at around 9pm. All tasted fine, but was woken up in the night at about 1am from stomach cramps and nausea and then the vomiting started. It’s now 7am and I’m still struggling with the nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
