DAY 21 June 2024. I ONLY ate at IKEA throughout the day around 3 p.m. Chicken Milanese with french fries and peas. 3 hours later, general malaise. Upon arrival home watery diarrhea and vomiting of undissolved milanese. 40 fever and pain all over the body  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Body Ache

I ate 10 meatballs at IKEA in Stoughton, Massachusetts at approximately 1:00 pm, and later developed stomach cramps, diarrhea followed by nausea and vomiting. It is pretty much the only thing I ate all day so I feel it was the meatballs that made me sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Went to Ikea Tampines last Wednesday for dinner and had the smoked salmon and meatballs. Wife only had the meatballs and was fine but I came back and vomited throughout the night and vomited green liquid the next day. Also had diarrhea along with the vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
