I was up all night vomiting and shitting my brains out, due to the lettuce in my beloved 3x3. My girlfriend did not get lettuce on her burger therefore it must be the problem. I am an active supporter of in n out and I’m sad to say I don’t know when I’ll be returning. It breaks my heart.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I got two double burgers and a strawberry milkshake after work. (Around 10pm). I was fine for a while but then at 3am I had really gurgly guts. I had diarrhea, after that I threw up 6 times in a row, and then had diarrhea again.
