Me and my friend ordered two combos I got a number five combo and she got a spicy chicken sandwich. Around 10PM yesterday and I got sick less than an hour later with stomach pain and diarrhea. I still have the symptoms day. I eat and find myself running to the bath room.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I had the spicy chicken sandwich advertised and the sauce tasted weird, Symptoms started about 3 pm sandwich ate at 10ish am

November 17th 2019. Cheeseburger. Dining area was filthy. Bathrooms were disgusting. Soap and Towel dispenser were broken., About 8 hours after. 2 people got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had ordered it, ate a jumbo jack then hours later I woke up out my sleep threw up and had diarrhea as well( Happen twice ) one happen At 2 in the morning the other 4 in the morning and til this day it makes me sick to my stomach !!!
