Ate a Vito, coke, and chips and within 6 hours had the worst vomit and diarrhea of my life. Was up all night, headache and fatigue. Will never eat there again. Called restaurant to inform them.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Ordered the Veggie Sub at 5pm 1-12-18 and one hour later stomach cramps and then vomiting for the next 8 hours. No symptoms before eating and was at work happily until this moment. Still recovering.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I had JJs for lunch at 245-300p yesterday and woke up out of the blue at approx. 300a this morning projectile vomiting and diarrhea. Every hour had to do both of these things at least once until after 300p today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
