My son and I bought a turkey sandwich and ham and cheese wrap from the store on Sunday, April 7. Within four hours, we both suffered from violent diarrhea, stomach pains and nausea. Ate the basil pesto salami sandwich last night and I’ve never been sicker in my life. About 4 hours after eating it I had to run to the bathroom and have been there since. Idk if my stomach will ever repair 😩  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Saturday, March 30 my daughter and son-in-law ordered italian subs from Jimmy Johns. Sunday evening at 10:00 they both became violently ill with vomiting, diarrhea and fevers. They were not able to keep even water down. They are feeling a little bit better today, 36 hours after outbreak.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
