October 10, 2021, Mayonnaise or vegetables  I felt ill shortly after - but violently ill 5 hours later.  I was the only one that ate it. I now have pulled stomach muscles from vomiting so much.    | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Other, Cramps

Ate a sandwich today, everything seemed fine on it. Hour after I ate diarrhea started. Came home from work with no energy, cold sweats, lack of appetite, and nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Sweating, Loss of Appetite
