Spicy Italian type sandwich Not sure of anyone else getting sick, it took about 4 hours to start vomiting but felt bad about 30 min after eating. Today is the 20th and I'm still sick. No fever at any point.

Ate an spicy Italian unwich and diarrhea started 30 minutes later and throughout the next day and this is the 2nd time I thought the first time was just from something else maybe but it happened again so it was definitely the unwich from there  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Workplace ate that, had the #11 country club wrapped in lettuce w/o tomatoes. I ate at 11:30am today, feeling sick around 3pm. I’ve had food poisoning before from a different sandwich shop and it’s the same feeling. Had to leave work so not sure if it’s just me or if anyone else got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
