Ate tuna sandwich for lunch. It got delivered and maybe within 2 hrs I felt nauseous and threw up while at work. I kept going to restroom and I finally was off work. Got home and I continued feeding nausea! Got worse!

On Friday had a tuna sub delivered around 7 pm and felt funny before going to bed . By 7am was vomiting and had diarrhea for 48 hours . Vomiting lasted about 18 hours .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate jimmy johns for lunch on plainfield ave, grand rapids didn't taste right. Went dirt biking all day and didn't snack on anything, drank lots of water. Had pizza for dinner with parents and they are not sick. 8 hours into diahrea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
