Chicken sandwich- Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea with severe abdominal pain with onset approximately 6 hours after consumption. Has been persistent for 72 hours. Heading to ER in a.m. if not better as it mirrors symptoms of salmonella poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
