Only thing me and my husband ate yesterday and now we can't stop getting sick out stomach hurts we are vomiting and feel so very nauseous and we been pooping diarrhea and only thing I can think of is getting sick from their food

Chicken sandwich- Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea with severe abdominal pain with onset approximately 6 hours after consumption. Has been persistent for 72 hours. Heading to ER in a.m. if not better as it mirrors symptoms of salmonella poisoning.
