I went to KFC because I haven’t been there in a while. I ordered the popcorn chicken meal. About an hour after eating I began to feel nauseous and about an hour after that I began throwing up and having a fever.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

2 people got sick with from either the chicken or gravy 1 out of the 2 vomited from it we got sick not even 2 hours after we ate this happened last time we bought the same stuff we got which was a family deal with chicken potatoes and gravy and biscuits  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I purchased a box meal ate at 6:30 pm on Tuesday 11th September at 3:30 the following morning stomach cramps started. And then violent diarrhoea abs severe head aches even had blood in my stools sample been sent to hospital only started to eat again today after 4 and a half days no food just water  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
