I ordered the $5 fill up meal with the chicken strips, mashed potatoes, biscuit, cookie and soda. About an hour and a half later I start to get this unpleasant rumbling in my stomach. Then sure enough it gave me diarrhea and made me sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

KFC Famous Bowl. Store was a mess inside. Poorly maintained. Food tasted slightly off. Few hours later, nausea started, followed by four hours of vomiting, and thus far, 24 hours of diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
