You can get food poisoning from fast food sliders. The most commonly reported symptoms of Krystal food poisoning are diarrhea and nausea. Ground beef especially if undercooked is commonly associated with E. coli and the symptoms are nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and bloody diarrhea.

Today , Last ate 3 cheese burgers there Symptoms started at around 10 am today. Had painful stomach cramps and bloated, started having diarrhea.  Then vomited for almost an hour.  Then had chills and fatigue. I have slept most of the day. Took some pepto for nausea.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Chills, Fatigue, Vomiting, Bloating

We stopped there & got #1 & I ended up getting a headache , joint pain, diarrhea & cold shakes with extreme sweating & stomach pain.
08/30 Update: Still having stomach cramps. And just wore out. I have a Dr appointment today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Sweating, Stomach Pain, Joint Pain, Cramps

I ordered 3 sunrisers after I ate I felt a little nauseous. I kept driving and I ended up having to pull over. I was on the highway so I tried to throw up in the bag it ended up getting all over my car and my clothes. I had to pull off the highway and vomit some more.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
