Ate the pizza Monday night 12/19/16 around 6pm
Woke up 4 am vomiting all day
Went to hospital 6 pm
Treated with IV and medicine through veins since I couldn’t keep fluids medicine or food down this was the Worst experience ever My boyfriend also was sick. We are barely recovering.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Asked for something quick and they gave me chicken that wasn't even warm and bread that looked like it wasn't baked all the way through. I shouldn't have eaten it, but I was on a short lunch break and hungry. That was last night. I've got a bad case the runs today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

woke up that night with horrible stomach pain...it felt like a brick inside of me.
Used the bathroom on and off for about an hour, extreme sweating the entire time, chills, shaking, and honestly, I have never experienced anything like this.

On 12/09/16 I got a 5 dollar hot 'n' ready large pizza. In about 3-4 hours I was throwing up constantly and had lots of diarrhea. Now it's tomorrow and I'm weak but better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
