Went in around 7:30pm on my lunch grabbed the special they have which is the pizza and sticks went back to work sat in my car and ate the food not even 5 mins after I had to leave and go home because I couldn’t stop vomiting  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps
Suspected source: Pizza
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Additional information: Husband and I both having intense stomach cramps for 2 days now. Starter after eating little Caesar’s pizza for dinner two nights ago. Not fun. Ugh.

Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, (Feb10) I had a slice of stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, about 30 min later I felt nauseous with stomach cramps. Went to bed around 12am woke up at 2:30 throwing up.
