Lucky charms cereal I also experienced stomach cramping, gas and headaches. It’s been nurnerous times over the past week. I hadn’t assumed it to be Lucky Charms and thi it jr it was a possible stomach bug. We purchased a box of lucky charms here as a treat for my 16 year old son while on vacation. He ate a large bowl Friday, April 15 and threw up 11 times over the course of the day Saturday, April 16. He also had severe cramping and a low grade fever.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever
