Last night I had a few pieces of pizza with pepperoni and a few with meatballs. Woke up at 6:30 AM with the worst heartburn in my life. I’ve only had it maybe 2-3 x before ever. Felt terrible.  | Symptoms: Heartburn

Got a cheese pizza and ate 2 slices. Had diarrhea the rest of the day just straight liquid and horrible nausea. My sister ate 2 slices as well and had same symptoms shortly after eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

We ordered chicken wings and my daughters both got food poisoning. They said the wings tasted off halfway thru eating, and they both began throwing up about 20 mins after eating. They now started with diarrhea, cold sweats, and stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ordered all meat speciality pizza and pizza with pepperoni and sausage on Saturday. Sunday woke up with diarrhea, fatigue, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Ordered large half pepperoni and half sausage pizza, cheese sticks and breadsticks. I am the only one in my family who ate the cheese sticks and only one sick.
