I ate a mushroom pasta from Marks and Spencer on Sunday & I vomited it back up a few hours later. I've been feeling nauseous since. I'm flushed in the face and sleeping a lot. I'm going to go back to my doctor as I still don't feel well.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea

Been to m&s today, was feeling fine till I had one of their very bitter lattes. About 20 minutes later I started feeling nauseous and sweating like mad. Then 4-5 hours later I have just had diarrhea, That literally never happens to me! Never!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Sweating

I purchased this cake at Biggleswade M&S store and upon consumption became very ill with food poisoning later that night. This was definitely from the cake and most likely the cookie dough within it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Yesterday Marks and Spencer chicken Severe tummy cramping, nausea and diarrhoea around 5 hours after eating. I don’t think the cooking instructions suggest hot enough temperatures for cooking the raw chicken for the duration specified  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Bought on 11th dec 5.30pm. Ate at 7pm
Woke up with extreme nausea and vomitting at 4am.
Nausea lasted 3 days.
