I ate a McDouble and a large fry. Not only did the employees screw up our order, but my husband and I have been up all night sick with the telltale signs of food poisoning. This franchise is absolutely run by garbage humans!!! Not the first issue we have had.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

My friend and I split a 20 piece McNuggets. I’ve been throwing up for days, feverish, weak and my body hurts. My friend has the same symptoms so that’s why we believe it was the nuggets.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Weakness, Body Ache

My husband and I just got at around 1am and we were hungry . We visited on International drive . After an hour (3:30am) of eating and digesting our food we fell asleep at around 5:45-5:50am we had onset symptoms of diarrhea ,Vomiting and Nausea .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
