I had chicken nuggets and small fries from this location on 01/10/20

Big Mac I ate a bigmac and started getting nausea about an hour or 2 later. Stomach rolling and. Cramping had chills. I had some medicine for nausea so I started taking it .this was thurs night. Not sure Eat a chicken sandwich that did not taste good at around 3pm on January 12th2020 but also ate cheese breath from Little Caesars at 23 and gumwood in Indiana At around 630 pm then at 1130 been throwing up and diarrhea all night.
