Bought a Double Quarter pounder with cheese and fries. Fries were soggy, cold and gross. The hamburger, after I ate it halfway thru discovered what looked like pubic hairs in it. An hour after eating this I have horrible Nashua and am burning up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

cheeseburger, I ate 2 cheeseburger at that McDonald’s and 30 minutes later I wasn’t able to keep it down. It’s only me. And I’ve been throwing up ever since. Every hour.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I had McDonald’s for my dinner last night and had a Big Mac and chips I woke up at 12pm midnight and started vomiting everywhere. I was sweaty and shaking and was cold  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Shaking, Sweating
