I ordered a grilled Southwest salad and had ice tea at home. An hour after eating I started getting a headache, nausea, and finally vomited. Almost 20 hours later I still am unable to even keep water down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

I had a southwest salad and a small fries around 4pm. The next day at work I felt only Nausea's and had no appetite couldn't eat anything. I finally threw up around 2pm and continued threw up through the night. I also had the chills all day… See more

Are the Grilled Chicken, and fries... I felt perfectly fine since I always at that, but then I ate the chicken nuggets and that's all I had that day.. 4 days later and I'm STILL sick!!!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a McDonald's wrap with chicken lettuce and mayo on with a mcflury ice cream with in 30 minutes I felt nauseous and then I was up all night vomiting I vomiting first at 11pm and last at 12pm the following morning  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
