My friend just had McDonald's on Friday and got food poisoning. I had a mcChicken Sunday afternoon and I started feeling sick within the hour. I almost passed out several times and I started vomiting later that night. I threw up about five times but still feel really sick.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the Quarter Pounder and 10 piece Chicken McNugget with large fries and felt okay for a few hours. Then started having periods of Diareah which lasted through the night and the next morning. After 24 hours, still cramping and now developing nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I went to this location yesterday may 19, 2017 and ordered hot cakes and sausage with a medium caramel frappe. One hour later that same day I started experiencing diarrhea really bad where I had to leave work early.
