Yesterday I went to eat a sandwich with my son and fiancé at MC Donalds on Pines Blvd and went back to work! A short time later I started to feel sick at work and asked to go home! I spent the whole night vomiting, diarrhea, and nausea and lost my job again!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
