After eating a Macdo at noon, I went back to the office, then that's where the first signs came from... stomachache, heartburn, vomiting and huge fatigue, the Macdo in question is extremely poorly rated, it's that of Hôtel de Ville in Lyon, next to Basic Fit.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Stomach Pain, Heartburn

After eating some fries around 4pm yesterday I experienced abdominal cramps around 9pm. For the rest of the night I had cramping and nausea. I have emetophobia so I wouldn't let myself throw up. Today I have had a ton of bowel movements and a loss of appetite. I just don't feel right physically.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Loss of Appetite
