Purchased a double cheeseburger, fry’s and orange drink at 8:40pm on Dec 31st. By 11:30pm, my son was vomiting. Been up all night with vomiting and Diarrhea. Went to the UC, they confirmed food poisoning. If he doesn’t stop vomiting, we’ll need to go to the ER.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got food poisoning from McDonald with Mira cream with chilli vomiting diarrhea, etc. With Mira Mec Donald cream with cili.
Unfortunately I don't have a receipt anymore but I got food poisoning from McDonald Mira because I have nausea vomiting dizziness, etc.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
