Today Mcdonalds cheesburger Empty stomach. No soft drink. Only one cup of water. Felt sick in stomach 3 hrs after sitting in office. Bad diareha. 2 double cheeseburgers no ketchup w/ French frys. Last time I eat there.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
