On Aug 25, 2023, I have ordered a spicy delux mac crispy combo meal. Within 2 h, I have abdominal bloating and nausea. At the evening, I have developed nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps and watery diarrhea. Also I had hypotension (BP 90/60) and faintness.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating
