I ate chicken nuggets and fries at 9pm on Saturday, I woke up with pain at 4am and started vomiting around 7 am and it lasted all day along with diarrhea. I haven’t vomitted for 24h but still have some diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other

I ate a double pack menu today with BigMac and nuggets. I've been sitting on the toilet for over 1 hour with extreme diarrhea, stomach cramps, etc., I feel extremely dizzy and nauseous. Since I didn't eat anything else today, unfortunately it can only come off. And… See more

Went to McDonald's ordered a mcdouble with no onions extra pickles and a Mcchicken when I woke up the next day at 6am I was vomiting and having diarrhea till 11pm and had to call out from work which caused me to miss a days worth of pay  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
